Account Deletion
We're sorry to see you go. Below are the instructions to delete your account and associated data.
Option 1: Delete via the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is directly through the Court Buddy mobile app:
1. Open the Court Buddy app on your device.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm your choice in the popup dialog.
This will immediately remove your profile, match history, and authentication credentials from our servers.
Option 2: Manual Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request a manual deletion of your data.
Request Deletion via Email
Please include your registered email address and full name. Manual requests are processed within 7 business days.
Data Retention Policy
Upon deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
• Your name, email, and profile picture.
• Your personal ELO and match statistics.
• Your participation records in club sessions.
Some aggregated or anonymized data may remain in our logs for technical reasons (e.g., historical match results that affect other players' ELO), but this data will no longer be associated with your identity.
